Her educational journey has been instrumental in shaping her approach to health and wellness. She holds a Master’s degree in Kinesiology, which provided a rigorous foundation in human movement, exercise physiology, and biomechanics. This knowledge base allows Mackenzie to design safe and effective training programs for individuals at all fitness levels.
However, her thirst for knowledge doesn’t stop there. She is pursuing a Ph.D. in Kinesiology, which delves deeper into the science behind exercise prescription, injury prevention, and performance optimization. This ongoing pursuit allows her to stay at the forefront of the field, constantly adapting her methods to incorporate the latest research and best practices.
Beyond academics, Mackenzie is a certified strength and conditioning specialist (CSCS). This certification emphasizes functional movement patterns, ensuring that her clients achieve their fitness goals and develop a strong foundation for overall health and well-being.
Her experience spans the community. She has worked with athletes of various ages and backgrounds, mainly specializing in basketball, volleyball, soccer, and softball/baseball, as well as everyday humans who are athletes of life.
But Mackenzie’s most rewarding aspect isn’t just witnessing physical transformations. It’s the connection she builds with each client. Celebrating milestones together and fostering accountability within the supportive community we create-that’s where her true passion lies.

A former student-athlete, Qyler knows firsthand the gap that can exist between talent and preparation. After navigating his own challenges coming off an injury, he made it his purpose to help athletes bridge that gap-not only to compete at the next level, but to thrive long after the game is over.

With over 20 years of experience, Tina Stallworth is a highly skilled Licensed Massage Therapist who specializes in deep tissue therapeutic massage and Thai massage. Her extensive background allows her to customize every session to meet the unique needs of her clients-whether that's relieving pain, improving mobility, enhancing athletic recovery, or reducing daily stress.
Tina is known for her attentive, client-centered approach. She takes the time to understand each individual’s goals and works to create an experience that blends both immediate relief and long-term results. Her philosophy is simple: every client should leave feeling better, stronger, and more restored than when they arrived.
At Momentum Fit, Tina plays an essential role in supporting both performance and recovery. Athletes, professionals, and everyday clients alike trust her expertise and compassionate care to keep them moving and performing at their best.
Sarah Stotz
Sarah's passion for fitness and coaching grew from her own experiences as an athlete and her deep appreciation for the connection between movement, strength, and nutrition. Growing up, she played soccer and surfed competitively, competing both nationally and internationally, and even representing the University of North Florida's surf team all four years. She placed second on the East Coast for collegiate women and competed at nationals in California, proof of her commitment and drive.
Her athletic journey also revealed the direct impact of strength training and nutrition on performance and confidence. With a degree in Nutrition from UNF and her recently completed NASM Certified Personal Trainer credential, Sarah is building her career on a strong foundation of both science and lived experience. She loves guiding clients to feel confident, strong, and empowered in and out of the gym, helping them use their strength to fully enjoy the activities they love outside of it.
What drew Sarah to Momentum Fit is the culture of family and support. From the moment she walked in, she felt the encouragement and genuine care that defines the team. She’s especially excited about the facility’s unique integration of fitness and nutrition, knowing firsthand that one cannot thrive without the other.

Hayden Wooldridge
For Hayden, fitness and coaching are about more than exercise; they're about the life-changing influence a great coach can have. Growing up as an athlete, Hayden experienced firsthand how coaches helped build her confidence, strengthen her mindset, and foster a lifelong love for health and movement. Now, she's committed to paying that forward by creating those same positive impacts for her clients.
Hayden’s mission as a trainer is to build strong relationships that help clients grow not only in strength but also in confidence and self-belief. She challenges clients in ways that leave them feeling accomplished, proud, and excited about what they can achieve. Her approach combines care and encouragement with the motivation needed to reach new levels, always showing clients that they’re capable of more than they think.
A decorated athlete, Hayden competed as a Division I Beach Volleyball player at the University of North Florida, where she helped lead her team to two NCAA Championship appearances and an ASUN Conference title. Along the way, she also set the record for the most wins in program history. Those experiences instilled discipline, resilience, and a deep appreciation for teamwork, qualities she brings into every training session.
Hayden earned her Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology with a minor in Leadership from UNF and is an ACSM Certified Exercise Physiologist. Joining Momentum Fit was a natural fit for her because of the team’s culture of support, growth, and genuine care for clients. She’s proud to be part of a team that prioritizes relationships and creates meaningful change for both clients and coaches.

Sydney Henderson
Sydney's journey into fitness started with her own passion for movement and the life-changing benefits of training. From a young age, she played every sport she could, including basketball, cross-country, and soccer, before finding her stride in volleyball and track & field. In high school, she discovered weight training and quickly realized how powerful it was not just for building strength, but also for cultivating confidence, discipline, and resilience. Nine years later, she hasn't stopped. Today, her training combines endurance and strength, ranging from half and full marathons to lifting weights in the gym four days a week.

Fabiana Rincón
Fabiana's passion for fitness began as a personal journey of growth and resilience. Originally from Venezuela, she moved to the United States in 2018 and, like many, faced challenges adjusting to a new culture and language. After the pandemic, she turned to the gym as a way to improve her physical and mental health. What started as following workouts on YouTube and TikTok quickly grew into a love for lifting, discipline, and the life-changing benefits of strength training.
